Shipping policy

At Superior Shredz, we're committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. From the moment you place your order, we’re working to get it to your door as quickly as possible.

Shipping Details:

  • Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $200 or more.
  • All orders are processed and shipped out as promptly as possible, typically reaching the courier within 5–12 business days.
  • We currently offer shipping across the United States at a flat rate of $15.
  • All shipping timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
  • When your package is scanned in by the courier, we’ll send a follow-up email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
  • Please allow an extra day or two after receiving tracking details for your order to arrive, depending on the carrier.
